Orders are only processed once payment has been received. Payment is made via the available payment methods on the website. Once payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation by email.
4. Delivery
We ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1–3 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address. Dar Al Scents is not liable for delays caused by the delivery service.
5. Returns
Consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt. See our full refund policy for the conditions. Products may only be returned if unopened and undamaged.
6. Liability
Dar Al Scents is not liable for damage resulting from misuse of our products. We accept no liability for delays, errors or incomplete orders beyond our control.
