Refund Policy – Dar Al Scents
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the purchase amount, including the original shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the item from your home to our warehouse is at your own expense. This costs approximately €6.95 per package (depending on the carrier). Please check your carrier's website for the exact rates.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:
– cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken (such as perfumes)
– have been custom-made or personalised
At Dar Al Scents, perfumes can only be returned if the packaging is unopened, undamaged and fully sealed.
Conditions for returns:
– The return must be reported within 14 days of receipt
– Products must be unused, unopened and in their original condition
– The packaging must be complete and undamaged
– Products must be shipped well protected to prevent damage in transit
Return procedure:
- Report your return by sending an email to info@daralscents.nl with your name, order number and reason for return
- You will receive the return form and further instructions from us
- Send the product within 14 days of registering the return
- After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 business days
Liability for returns
The customer is responsible for a proper return shipment. We recommend sending returns using a trackable shipping method. Unfortunately, we cannot process or refund damaged or lost return shipments.
