Shipping Policy – Dar Al Scents
At Dar Al Scents, we do our best to process your order quickly and carefully. Below you'll find all the information about our shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Shipping costs
– Netherlands: €4.95 (free shipping from €60)
– Belgium: €6.95 (free shipping from €75)
Delivery time
– Netherlands: 1–3 business days
– Belgium: 2–4 business days
Orders placed on business days before 17:00 are usually processed the same day.
Please note: during busy periods (such as holidays or promotions) delivery may take slightly longer.
Order processing
– Orders are processed Monday through Friday
– Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday
– As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email
Delivery
We work with reliable delivery services such as PostNL, DHL or DPD. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your package has been handed over to the carrier.
Delay or delivery issues
Although we always do our best to deliver on time, we depend on the carriers. Has your package not arrived after 5 business days? Please contact us at info@daralscents.nl, and we'll look into it for you.
Entered the wrong address?
Always double-check that your address is correct. Costs for resending an order that is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address are borne by the customer.
Received a damaged package?
Check your order upon receipt. Is something damaged? Take photos of the product and the packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours at info@daralscents.nl.
